It's official: we've entered the 2nd Trimester and have only 6 months or 27 weeks or 187 days left. We just got home from a family event in Boston. We spent the weekend celebrating Steve's Aunt and Uncle's 40th wedding anniversary - it was quite the event and great to see family that we don't see very often. Despite the rain and generally crappy weather we all had a good time up in bean town.
Now that we're home the dogs are passed out on their respective chairs and sleeping off the doggy daycare stresses. Also over the weekend we "came out" on Facebook to everyone and we are waiting to see how long word spreads around the office. We were able to tell some of our closest friends first but with so many people it's easier to let word get passed around. Steve is off to his week of conferences next week so the dogs and I will be fending for ourselves... I'm thinking that means chick flicks and popcorn!
