33 Weeks

How far along? 33 weeks!

Size of Baby: Although it varies and isn't quite accurate according to The Bump, the peanut is now approximately the size of a durian fruit…which is equivalent to about 17.2 - 18.7 inches long and weighs around 4.2 - 5.8 pounds.

Maternity Clothes: I found a new dress to wear for Colette and Rich's wedding next week, it is SO hard to find a long maternity dress!!

Gender: TEAM BLUE

Belly Button In/Out: Still in :)

Stretch Marks: Starting to fade in some spots. Thankfully.

Labor Signs: I've had a few Braxton Hicks here and there.  Just feels like mild cramping and not too great, but not terrible. We found out he is head down already so thats a good sign.

Movement:  He's been kicking and punching away and rolling back and forth sometimes.

Sleep: Not an easy task.  Rolling over can be a difficult task most nights, it just hurts a little too much.

Cravings/Aversions: I did have a strong craving for Pepperoni pizza the other day.

Symptoms:  I have successfully made it to 33 weeks without morning sickness! Let's just hope this sticks for the remainder of this pregnancy.  My side pain has become a bit more persistant and annoying.  Sitting too long or going too long without sitting makes me extremely uncomfortable and can get painful.

Feeling: Not super fantastic, but not terrible. Hanging in there.  Sad to be loosing my flip-flops, my feet don't like normal shoes.

Best Moment this Week: Getting our 3D ultrasound.

What I Miss: Sleeping through the night.

What I am Looking Forward To: The weekend...

Milestones: Only 4 more weeks until the little one is considered full term...  Just a month left!

Baby Milestones:  Bones are hardening, although the bones in his skull aren't fused together, which allows them to move and slightly overlap.

Next Appointment: Friday, September 26th and I'll be 34 weeks, then one more appointment in 2 weeks before weekly appointments start.
